Today I help my friend Gabriella who wants to learn how to kick the balls of a loser and we have just the right guy crouched on the carpet for us. I let him take off our shoes and make him stand up and he immediately knows how to get into an open-legged position. I explain to Gabriella how to hit with the instep and immediately show her a practical example: my friend learns quickly and starts kicking with precision right away. We have fun trying other techniques like placing the foot on the ground with each blow, a burst without lowering the leg, kicks with the left and alternating left and right legs: whatever the mode the blows come strong and after a while this loser collapses to the ground begging for mercy.
