Its clearly not Lady Lucianas fault that the slave has been fighting against the stubbornly stuck dirt on her boots for so long. He scrubs, cleans and polishes... If he kept the place clean enough, the dirt would never have gotten on her boots in the first place. Lady Luciana watches her boot-cleaning slave doing his job and gradually loses patience. She shows him what her boots with their dangerously pointed heels are still good for and puts them on his hands. The slave is too clumsy to use his hands for proper cleaning anyway, so its no big deal if Lady Luciana steps on them with her boots. This is also his own fault and could have been prevented... Well, tough luck!
