Head and face trampled under flats and bare feet
Im going to really hurt the slave today - I want to only trample his head and face under my flats and later under my bare feet - and even the little pillow under his head is not going to help him with my 60kg / 130lbs coming crushing down on his skull from above. The flats may seem soft, but theyve a sharp edge at the heels and will hurt him quite a lot. But even after taking off the shoes, the slave will suffer a lot. I even jump from the floor onto his face and make him scream in pain, keep standing on his face or head for long periods and ignore his suffering while I stand on his head and smoke a cigarette. Later I mix in some throatstanding as well!
