Brutal kicking and trampling workout
Im in the mood for a nice workout - and what could be a better workout than to kick this loser into a pulp?! I order him to stand in front of the wall and then kick his upper body again and again - basically throwing him into the wall each time! Then he has to get on all fours and I kick his stomach from the bottom - thats even better since I can kick him much faster this way! Then I order him to lie down on the ground - not to give him a rest obviously, but so I can get onto the box and jump down onto his body! So - in my opinion that was a good first set - and after that well start all over again!
