Finally, she swallowed the last bite, letting out a satisfied groan. The tiny body lay scattered around her, reduced to nothing more than a pile of bones and scraps. Jane wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, still amazed by what she had just done. She had never experienced anything like this before, and yet, she found herself craving more.
